NWB Design Group, Inc is a leader in estate and construction project management as well as architectural design. With sound accountability, each project and property is treated as NWB’s own.  As owner’s representative, NWB serves as liaison between all architects, engineers, government officials, contractors, accountants and designers.  With a strong background in planning, the company also offers its clients interior and architectural design.  With attention to all details, NWB tracks and manages every aspects of a project, from pre-planning budgets to final property management. NWB Design Group was founded in 1994 by Neva Williams.  When she is not managing a construction site, Ms. Williams can be found in the NWB studio, designed and built by NWB. A Chapman University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Filmmaking, Ms. Williams has been in the entertainment industry since 1980 as Production Designer and Co founder of IDF Studio Scenery. She is a licensed general contractor and interior designer, who shifted focus from fantasy construction to real life construction in project management and owner representation. Her beginning background in set design enables her to think outside the box. There are no physical limitations in set design, freeing the mind to create any and everything. It is this background that serves Neva well to this day.  Ms. Williams has worked with a great diversity of disciplines: private estates, hospitality, municipalities, commercial and entertainment construction.

She is well known for her straightforward approach, in problem solving and business relationships.  Ms. Williams' objective is to deliver to the client, the best project possible, with the least amount of problems.  She strives to keep the owner happy and free from headaches, treating each project as if it were her very own.  In addition to project management, she is well accomplished as a designer, having designed homes, art studios, barns, pools and spas, fountains, fireplaces, kitchens and many many sets.
